I will be on a moorings sloop from May 17th to the 22nd. We generally hang out around Tillo but will be dropping the hook around Man-O-War this year. Never on a mooring or at a dock.
If you see a crazy sailboat heading offshore dragging lures in search of Dolphin, Wahoo, or Tuna that is us.

May 26th -June 2nd GTC-but we're renting a boat so we'll be everywhere! There are six "seasoned" Abaco travelers and we're bringing 2 newbies so we have to hit all the high spots. Is is just me or do the days seem to go by slower the closer it gets to departure?

we are coming over mid May...will look at the gulfstream and see who is making the crossing.

May 20-27. Bareboat on Island Dancer, 37' PowerCat from Florida Yacht. Will cruise Green Turtle to the north (if Whale is good) and as far south as Pete's. Wife and I along with 2 of her friends, so this trip I have an all girl crew. We are from South Louisiana, Cajun Country. If you see us come by for a TABASCO treat.

The Grumpy Old Fishermen will once again land upon Elbow Cay for a week of ....well.....fishing. We will be at Pop's place & Mandalay. Our rental boat will look like an upside-down spider due to the rods sticking up. Stop & eat if you smell fish cooking.

You mentioned hitting all the hot spots. We'll be coming over in our boat in June for a few weeks and want to "hit all the hot spots". We're somewhat new at this, so where do you feel all the "hot spots" are? We're hoping to hit them too! :) Thanks for the info!!

Snorkel at Fowl Cay if weather permits-I'm a water rat so I'm usually in the water with a mask and fins on!
Nippers-all though we don't usually go for the pig roast-the place is packed--we go when it's a little less crowded and you can really enjoy the setting
Cracker P's--It's not my favorite place to eat (although the smoked fish dip is good) but it's got so much character you just have to make a stop
This year will be the first year we'll be staying on GTC-we have always stayed on Elbow and loved it, but we made a day trip up to the turtle last year and loved it so we'll be hanging at Miss Emily's Blue Bee Bar and booking a trip with Lincoln!
You'll find that everyone has a list of must do's and we add to ours every year (now if I could just add an additional week!)

Don't forget the Island Roots Heritage Festival on GTC May 5, 6 and 7! GTC celebrates the conch connection...Expect everything CONCH!
Entertainment includes The Gully Roosters, The Royal Bahamas Police Force Band, The Brilanders, Junkanoo, A Rake & Scrape Band, Local Abaco artists..and lots of Bahamian food.... Just to mention a few things!!!
So if you're in the Abacos on May 5th or 6th...PLEASE JOIN US!!!

May 20-27 aboard Judge's Choice II. We'll be based out of Marsh Harbour, but no cay will be safe from a visit! I just made the flight arrangements today, so the countdown is official!
Ray says it's too early to start packing, but maybe I'll just lay out a few things...and it's never too early to start making a list!

Leaving home tomorrow, Friday 12th May at 6.30am. Arrive Marsh Harbour on 13th May at around noon and staying at Eastern Shores till 23rd. So excited!Celebrating my birthday on 18th May! Any other board members with the same birthday going to be around? Any thoughts on a good place to go for a birthday evening?
