I still have no clue... I am just bad. Plus I gave up when BEC, Bahamas Electric, BaTelCo, Bahamas Air, Continental Airlines, Discovery Land Company (bakers bay), ad several others didnt fit in 7 down.

We got quite a few emails asking about 1 Across and 7 Down.

1 Across: If you see the Man O War birds (also known as frigates) flying very low and slow along the coast, watch out. That's a sure sign that rough weather is about to hit.

7 Down: While on paper the Local Government officials are in charge of many civic duties, the truth is that their budgets are determined in Nassau, and many times the Local officials aren't even told what their budgets will be until well into the new fiscal year. What's strange is that no one in Nassau will tell anyone what the actual revenue contribution from Abaco is, and while we all know it's been going up significantly the money allocated back has remained flat for the past few years.
