Looks like it's only to Grand Bahama...not to Abaco.

Yeah, we did that a few years ago. Air Tran takes you to the Grand Bahama (Freeport/Lucaya) and then you have to take a puddle-jumper to MH. We used Major Air, I believe, dunno who else makes that run. It was interesting, but I don't know that I'd do it again.
Looking at the Travelzoo email, I can see that the FPO fares (these are one-way fares, mind you) start at $79, most are 89 or 99 and up and don't include taxes, which the teeny tiny print at the botton of the AirTran indicates will be more that $90. Is it worth the hassle?

Connecting via Freeport is now our #1 choice. Delta is also serving FPO with 2 flights a day out of ATL. Regional Air has three daily flights to Marsh and Treasure and is more than flexible. Much less hassle than any connection through Florida. If you are lucky you can get close to $400 RT from the US. $500 RT is average.
Merry Christmas!

I know this has been asked and answered but can't find it and looking to book flights for Jan. trip. Trying to decide whether to fly into FLL or FPO. Never done that FPO route. Would like to book today. Sent them an email but you know...they're probably on "island time" or even slower "island Christmas time" http://coconuttelegraph.net/forums/images/icons/icon6.gif
What is the latest RT fare for Regional Air Freeport to treasure.

Hi ABACOMAH, I don't know if the fare has changed since I last checked(OCT06), but it was $160 to TCB.

Thanks for this thread. Gave me an alternative and saved us $200 a ticket. Looking forward to going through Freeport this time.

Flying from Atlanta to FPO sounds like a great option.
What are the options to get from FPO to Marsh Harbor or more specifically to Elbow Cay? I appreciate the help, I am getting married this summer there and I am trying to figure out the travel possibilities.
Thanks,
Claire

Thanks,
ClaireRegional Air three times a day to Marsh and Treasure. Just booked them for the first time. You'll want to fly into Marsh Harbour to catch the ferry to Elbow.

What is the website for Regional Air?
Hmm...Rules above - no commercial URL. I'll PM you with the info. It was a little tricky for me to find. Google "Regional Air Abaco" and it will be about 2/3's the way down the pagehttp://coconuttelegraph.net/forums/images/icons/icon7.gif.
