Uplifting passport note

Put application in mail box on 14 June (yes, this year) and rec'd in mail today (28th).
This was a renewal and I paid the expediting fee.

All is not lost.

It's good to know that at least the renewals are fairly fast.

I sent in for a new passport in W. Palm Beach and paid the fee for 3 week delivery and it showed up on time.
The waiting time in line at the post office to order the passport was about a hour and a half.
they did say that normal delivery time without extra fees was 10 weeks.

There was nobody else at the PO waiting for an application nor in line for a photo...it was a breeze. Wish I could say that the new photo was the same as the 10 year old one on the old passport. Alas:eek:

Need to allow up to 14 weeks. Took ours just over 13 weeks.
