Where did you get the crawfish in May??? Crawfish Season opens August 1st and runs until March 31st, 2008

Uh oh! How come you cook the fish with the skin on??? Our friend makes great fish on the grill and he skins it and takes the dark piece out of the center to avoid a fishy taste....yummy!

Before everyone has a heart attack, after 21 years of going to the Abacos, we know the law. We have friends save us Crawfish, frozen. Been doing that for ever.
On the Wahoo skin, just lazy!

Abaco Soul we have a very kind Bahamian friend also. Last trip it was cargo shorts ,reading glasses and tennis shoes. Trip before that it was paid for sirius radio. One hand scratches the others back.

Speaking of Maine tails....which are better....Maine or Rock tails?

Those don't remotely look like Maine Tails. That said, this native Maine Island Boy did spear some lobsters in the Exuma's a few years back and when freshly caught and expertly prepared -i.e. cleaned by running an antenna up where the sun don't shine to pull out the "vein", boiled, and dipped in butter - I couldn't really taste much difference.
