Can anyone please tell me what the water depth in Tilloo Cut is. My sailboat draws 8' can I make it through?

Also, there is a post about lightning strikes. Sorry to tell you, but if lightning hits your boat there is going to be massive damage no matter what you do. I would suggest to all sailors to read the following BoatUS article BEFORE you go out again. (www.boatus.com/seaworthy/swlightning.asp (http://www.boatus.com/seaworthy/swlightning.asp))
Thanks, jstjr1

With a draft of 8' you would be cutting it close if you you had local knoledge and were on an extreme hi tide at best. The Lubbers Chanel or going north past White Sound after coming through Tillo Cut is only 4' - 5' at low tide. I need mid tide or better to bring one of our boats through that draws 5'10" I would suggest North Man O War Channel with your draft.
